All rooms have a lake view with either a porch or deck. No room has more than 2 steps to enter.

​Two Queen Bed rooms in the lower unit offer FREE wireless internet, private bath with combination tub/shower, hair dryer, air conditioning, heat, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker with coffee, iron and ironing boards. All rooms have a lawn view with a porch and sitting area out front.  No room has more than 2 steps needed to enter. These rooms also offer a private hallway connecting them to the efficiency rooms if booked together.

​We have 4 Efficiency Rooms in the lower unit, each with two Queen pillow-top beds, a full bath (tub & shower), hair dryer, iron and ironing board, FREE wireless internet, plus a fully-equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, refrigerator, and sink. Pots, pans, paper bowls &  plates, disposable utensils, dish-washing soap, and dish towels are included.  These rooms have the option to connect to adjoining Regular Room through a hallway if booked together.

South Resort (Room 113)​

ADA Efficiency, Two Queen Beds, Sleeps 4 (approx. 216 sq ft) ​

​We have 1 Efficiency Room in the lower units, with two Queen pillow-top beds, a full bath (tub & shower).  Accessibility features of this room include a wheelchair ramp from the lower parking lot to the deck (see map above).  Guests in wheelchairs have stayed in this room in the past. The entry door is 31" wide while the bathroom entry door is 29" wide.   The bathroom has a standard shower with two support bars. Other elements include hair dryer, iron and ironing board, plus a fully-equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, refrigerator, and sink. Pots, pans, paper plates, disposable utensils, dish-washing soap, and dish towels are included.  These rooms have the option to connect to adjoining Regular Room through a hallway if booked together.  We have another more ADA accessible unit in our Central Resort that was newly constructed.  See below "Central Resort Room 16"
** We separated this room from the other efficiencies in 2021 to allow those with different abilities to book the room directly.  If all other efficiency units are booked anyone can reserve this room, however if you do not require accessibility features please be sure the other efficiency units are booked prior to reserving this room.  Thank you for your consideration.

This two-room suite in the upper unit consists of a separate bedroom with King pillow-top bed, TV, A/C, bath with 2-person Jacuzzi tub, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
It adjoins a spacious living room/kitchen area with a picture window overlooking the lake. A queen fold-out sofa bed, 2 comfy chairs, dining table, and fully-equipped kitchen with eating and cooking utensils. Perfect for a luxurious getaway, honeymoon, anniversary, or just to pamper yourself! Standard rate is based upon 4 adults. ​

One Bedroom Apartment Unit

Up to four (4) guests can stay in our only year-round apartment rental.  It is located across the driveway from the main hotel buildings.  Our one bedroom apartment features a double bed, sleeper sofa, living room, private bathroom and small kitchen. Other features include air conditioning, heat, iron & ironing board, coffee maker, stove & refrigerator. There is a Internet and Smart Roku TV in the apartment but no cable.

North Resort:  Cottage

Perched alongside Highland Lake, this one-bedroom cottage offers a tranquil retreat with a private deck overlooking the picturesque surroundings. Inside, the cozy living space features a pull-out couch for additional guests and tasteful furnishings that complement the natural ambiance. The cottage does NOT have cable television but is equipped with a smart TV offering Roku and other streaming services. A fully equipped kitchen and an intimate dining area make mealtime a delight. The cottage includes a full bath with modern amenities, adding to the overall comfort. With Highland Lake just steps away, guests can easily enjoy water activities and lakeside strolls.

Central Resort: (Room 16)  Our most accessible room
King Bed Suite & Pull Out Sofa 

Our newest one-bedroom suite offers comfort, privacy, and stunning waterfront views, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Designed with accessibility in mind, this suite features a king bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, and a full kitchen equipped with an ADA-compliant refrigerator, island stove/oven, and open-access sink areas.  Accessibility features include a wheelchair ramp, a shower with a transfer platform, and thoughtful design throughout to ensure ease and comfort.  Enjoy your own private 50-foot deck, as there are no other units in the building for the 2025–2026 season—giving you uninterrupted space to relax, unwind, and take in the views.  Spacious, serene, and fully equipped—this suite is a true gem on the waterfront.

Cancellation Policy:
Except under the policy listed below, once a reservation is confirmed, the full payment is due the morning of arrival date. If a reservation is fully or partially cancelled anytime up to 14 days prior to the arrival date, A $25.00 processing fee will apply. 

If a reservation is fully or partially cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date a fee of 50% of the reservation will apply. 
No Shows: If a guest is a no show, the full balance due will be charged. 
Partial Stays: Once a guest checks-in, refunds will not be issued for partial stays or early departures.
