Join us Saturdays in March from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM for 45 minutes of guided morning meditation followed by an open discussion. 🧘♂️✨
Taylor brings over a decade of practice to his guidance, drawing on mindfulness meditation as well as Buddhist and yogic traditions. His exploration of meditation began as a necessity while working in the high-stress policy world of Capitol Hill, where he discovered the transformative power of stillness. You may know Taylor from his meditation hikes in our mountain and lakes regions, where he helps practitioners connect stillness within the natural world.
Taylor has trained for over 15 years in many different spiritual traditions, including mindfulness, Zen, and ancient yogic practices. He teaches movement and meditation that emphasize being present with what's here and opening to our boundless capacity.
