We begin with the creation of a despacho, a sacred offering—like a prayer bundle—created with natural elements and heartfelt intentions to honor the Earth, spirit allies, and life’s blessings. It’s a beautiful ritual of gratitude, healing, and energetic alignment.
Crystal Bowl Sound Bath
Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a crystal bowl sound bath. Let the harmonic tones wash over you, promoting relaxation, clarity, and balance as we harmonize with the energy of the solstice..
What to Bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, or cushion for comfort during the sound bath.
Any personal items, such as crystals or journals, for intention setting.
