Our Overlook Room offers 1,000 square feet of open, handicap-accessible meeting space, with 30 feet of picture windows overlooking the lakefront. We can seat 72 people for a formal dinner (plus a head table for 8) or host up to 100 for a stand-up reception. The room is air-conditioned and has plenty of outlets for your A/V needs, and even offers free WiFi coverage. And, you can decorate the room yourself, or rent archways, centerpieces, and linens from us. Co-ordinate your own activities, or turn it all over to us. Remember, it's always up to you!

While you can bring in your own caterer, provide a "pot-luck" dinner, or host a pizza party yourself, we can also help with food services, too. From a chicken BBQ, to a complete lobster bake, to prepared picnic lunches, our caterer can fix a meal to please any guest! Or, use our waterside hibachis and stone fireplace to cook your own food. Every meal tastes better when enjoyed under the canopy of shade trees at the shoreline, with the sound of the wind wispering through the branches and the water gently lapping at the beach.

With his own promotional marketing and special events agency, plus his professional and volunteer involvement with numerous non-profit groups, resort owner Woody Woodward has put together successful movie premieres, theme parties, black-tie galas, weddings, town-wide festivals, road races, and corporate promotions. His company was also the first civilian agency ever hired by the U.S. Navy to promote a naval air show! Locally, he produced the highly-successful Mushers Bowl (the state's championship sled dog races) for 3 years, the area's first bridal fair, and was tapped by the town to chair it's annual Pondicherry Days event for two years.
