The Highland Lake Resort has a 1,000 square-foot function room that has seen all of these events and more! Over the years, we have hosted many functions which have brought hundreds of folks to Bridgton and the shores of beautiful Highland Lake.

Birthdays for both young and old (we're fully handicap-accessible), graduation and award banquets, home-sales parties (why clean your home and cram too many people into too small a space?), bridal showers, and even memorial services. Activities have taken place in our function room and even our game room, with pool table, ping pong, and foosball.

We also have over 5 acres of lakefront property, perfect for outdoor games, lobster bakes and BBQ's, team-building exercises, or just plain running around! Pizza parties... water games... scavenger hunts... outdoor games, such as badminton, volleyball, bocce ball, Frisbee golf, croquet, barbecues on our hibachi grills, s'mores around the stone fireplace...

We offer so much to do that no party has to be boring. We can do everything you need to make your party memorable -- or just give you the place to do your own catering, decorating, and coordination. Still, isn't it better to be able to enjoy the party as well, and not worry about the details?

The Resort owner, Woody Woodward, is the former owner of a Portland event-planning agency, and he still has many of the props and decorations on hand. Looking for a Circus theme? Like Country Western? Mardi Gras is fun in the winter. And a "Psychedelic 60's" event can bring out the "cool" in all of us!
